I completely agree. I don't think anyone was being mean spirited or anything of that sort. I remember reading that post and thinking that was not a good situation to be in with all those people in the house. I know I would not feel comfortable at all with that situation. My concern would be that someone might just say, hey lets rob this guy or jack him up and take his car.
