Methadone eases symptoms of heroin withdrawal. She was shooting up, which is what the track marks on her arms and the bruises on her legs are from. If you ask her to take off her socks, you might find fresher injection sites between her toes.

Those are fading injection scars from her previous usage. They will fade, but it's only been 2-1/2 months since she stopped riding the dragon.

I got a text a week or so ago from from my old friend Kiara, asking if I wanted to get together. I couldn't at the time, but told her I would get back to her. We decided to meet this morning. Do any of these girls really like what they're doing? (trading sexual services for money). I'd think most, if not all of them are unhappy with the need for drugs, no stable / permanent home, leeching boyfriends, etc. I mean maybe they act like they're into, show us a good time, give us great service because it's their "job" and only source of income, but I'm sure given the choice and a viable alternative these ladies would much rather be doing something else. It really is sad to see how these girls struggle and the toll drugs take on their bodies and minds.

Guys. Lets continue this safe sex conversation on the "safe sex thread" and move on. On my way home the other night I was stopped at the light at Patapsco and Fairhaven and looked to my right and got a look from a brunette, I thought why not. Starr got in and we hit a spot.
