Real hookers just get in the car without any chit chat. If a girl talks through the window you have two choices: drive away or offer her a ride. It is unlikely that ULE will get in your car. I sat in my car for about 20 minutes and saw them arrest five or six guys. I don't know why they had a sting there, no houses around, never saw that many girls in that area, maybe the business people called?
