There is always a danger when you associate a name or number system to a client and they usually always get tied to a phone number between the provider and client. I would prefer no file and remain discrete to any potential peering or examining eyes. The discomfort from not getting my time far outweighs the embarasment of being listed in the paper as a potential John.

Reminds me of Theraputic Relaxation from Years ago. The excuse from the receptionist is they have lots of no shows " bird in hand is better than two in tree". I told them that I am a regular as they kept a name / file so they know who you are and NEver missed an appointment " solid customer". But they said no. Last time I went there.
