Called the shop at 9am for a nooner and didn't even ask for Bella because I figured she was booked. Set up with Indie because of past posts. So I get there and one of the Walk-ins said they called earlier. They said my name and he said ya that's me. Mia told me this. WOW, the nerve of some guys! I did not think they had an overbooking policy. They have to turn walk ins away all the time that there is no reason to overbook for possibe no shows. Then I am also surprised they did not comp you with some complimenrary discount or something. Bad for business Mia. Mongers need to depend on their reserved time. You have a great thing going. Customer Sevice is number one for repeat business. There is aways another new place we can go to.

So you made an appointment, drove a half hour, and they cancelled it. Well, if they keep that up, too many guys making appointments is a problem they won't have for long.
