I have done that once, in recent memory. Booked an appointment with a girl earlier this year that I was really looking forward to seeing. When I entered the apartment, she was way too skinny, like sickly skinny. I could have maybe gotten past that, but then she started talking, and her voice was oddly deep. She was already naked at that point, so I could see that she wasn't a man or anything, but maybe she smoked Way too much or something? For a K-Agency. Use their driver service if you can't do outcall. $60-80 roundtrip, drops you at the door. You get the incall rate, so depending on options, incall+driver is still cheaper than outcall. 99% on time, so the time you scheduled is the time the girl lets you in the apartment.
