A lot of this comes from just doing it and finding out what works best for you. Never heard that about ltlv bookers coming in, not saying never happened, just never heard or experienced it.

Incall works well, in. Out - gone. The most common because it's the cheapest. If you have a car great. If not use their car service for the incall price + ride is still less than outcall. Some issues with bookers are probably personality clash. Some will start to irritable after a too many silly questions.

Outcalls. Girls dress nice, but not too nice. Security of the hotel elevators will determine if you meet in the casino or they go straight to the room. If you have family or coworkers. Get the ride to incall. Not a KA, but I've had to tell providers in a casino to meet, don't speak, hug nothing, either walk behind me or in front etc. Not their first stroll through a casino they are dressed right.

Verifying tourists vs locals might be a little different, some may want proof of the hotel or something. You have to text them and find out. Ask what they really need so you can black out the rest.
