In thinking about this I think uki is also right but it depends on the girl you repeat with. I tent to think the top tier girls will not get jealous as they will know you will want to go back to them even after sampling another. Tends to make a return session all that much better.

Sex is more than just sport for them (at least some of the time) , so the green monster may eventually rear its head. But also from a purely economic standpoint, if you're a regular (or even semi-regular) patron of one girl and you suddenly change vendors, that's lost revenue and market share.
