If this is what we can expect in the coming months as the weather gets better, it's going to be a rough year.

Really? In federal hill???...I know it is hard to believe now, but I have experienced it first hand too. I use to smoke cigars and would sit outside the cigar store near cross street market. There was a park across from the BOA that was a haven for prostitutes. These were mostly WSW who were homeless, and didn't look like prostitutes.
