Yes it was meant as a joke. Since the renaming of the Real Deal thread to Positive Escort Reviews, some members were confused. Some wondered if it was meant for reviewing HIV+ providers?

Well, well, well; it looks like this is my first review in the Positive Escorts Review thread. Glad to start it off for you guys in a great way.
