Amazing what a little reading and research will do.

I read many of the posts on here for 38 Montvale and decided to give it a whirl at the "120" choice based on my research here.

I drew Jeannie( who knows if that is correct but how I heard it).

She is a smaller AMP, not a spinner but not far from it. The atmosphere kind of freaked me out with the hanging doors as a partition and lots of noise from other room, but oh well. Mamasan is actualyy a AMP milf and not sure whether she is available.

I got a very good medium massage with an amazing pre flip launch that brought me to knees and elbows and ended up asking to flip myself before I lost it all. Massage continued on the flip with more teasing and then the oil cam out, the top went up and the HE ending was one that will make me return.

House was 60 and tip was 40 for a total Franklin.

Just saw an ad on craigslist for Rainbow Health Center. Looks like they once again have two locations. The one they have always had on Newbury St. In the Back Bay, and one at 665 Beacon St. Suite 201 in Kenmore Sq. Looks like Sunny is once again legit. Seems like my post from a week or so ago has come true. So Rainbow took over FY a few months back, then FY goes back to business as usual. Now Rainbow takes over Sunny. I am guess all have the same owners? My guess is that the Rainbow on Newbury street is the legit business to earn the good the name. Once FY or Sunny feels the heat they switch over to Rainbow to become legit for a while. Just a crackpot theory.

Been There a couple times. The 1st time was in dec. The girl was fine, tall with long black hair ended up with a bbbj. The 2nd time was a couple months a ago 2 different girls. Both brazilian. The massage room is not optimal. There is a window that extends the entire length at the top of the wall that separates the room from the stairwell. It's well above eye level but detracts from the sense of privacy. Her name is May and she gives a good undraped massage that just begs for extras. The negative response I got to my "urgent plea" was more about the disapproval of the guy she shared (sublets perhaps) the office space with. I went back twice more, no change but a very pretty gal and a good massage.

Girl in the ad is not the girl in the office, although same same general body type (thin, short, petite) and age. She is professionally trained and gives a good massage. Pretty pedicure to look at through the face cradle.

Your right it is new. I first saw the ads around the beginning of the year. Interestingly I haven't heard of any reports either pro or con. Sounds like a good place for you to try out and report back to us. Good way to get established here.
