Anyone been asked that or have a problem providing that, first time for me and it caught me off guard. I want anyone I see to feel safe, but is asking for a photo that can so easily be fake help someone's safety?

Seriously, do you really need it that bad? Unless there's no way this could come back to bite you (and I seriously doubt that's the case), WHY would you ever send a provider a picture of yourself? There are far too many others who don't feel the need to go to such extremes. This reminds me of the ones who want to know where you work, address, phone number, etc. Why don't I just invite you to ruin my life while you're asking.
