Depends on 2 things 1) how good your lawyer is 2) what color you are.

If the answer to 2) is other than white....the answer to 1) may still be meaningless.

The rule of Law is often applied differently for people who are "different".

I know this first hand. its the easyway for LE to check . As they do not have to do anything remotely dangerous like driving to the donut shop.
