Thanks for giving us a safe and honest option to some of the crap out there. I applaud you for letting go of those who aren't up to your standards. Your reputation is very well earned and very trusted here. While I haven't heard of many encounters on this page I know that if there was a bad one it would be front and center. While I do not remember most of your posts, I am impressed with the sage advice you offer. Re a call to LE, I think two situations warrant consideration: Total rip-off and violence (or credible threat of serious violence). Poor service is not a reporting option unless you want your 911 call on talk radio and national TV.

Over the years, I had a few bad encounters with SWs. Fortunately, while I was in grave danger, I was never injured. When things go bad, they often get very bad. That is why I am sensitive to this issue and motivated to offer my opinions.
