Visited Bonan Bodyworks in Malden earlier today. Easily found, (Centre St & Pearl Street) in a professional building. Lot of parking out back (not visible from the road) and there are other businesses in the building. Note that there are two buildings, you want "390" for Bonan.

I was buzzed in and greeted warmly by the mamasan and paid up front for a one hour massage. ($70). Gave her $80 and asked to use the bathroom (which is in the Dr. 's suite next door—go before you arrive if you're worried about being seen, though my take was that nobody really cared.
