He could be bullshitting but who knows? Some providers have multiple sugar daddies on the side so it's not a stretch to say that a communicable disease got passed around.

Also, I wouldn't expect anyone to post their medical record here for proof of anything. I think the simple answer is whether this Lisa is still working there as no mamasan would keep a girl on her staff with a disease. If Lisa is still there, I'd throw the BS flag. If she's not, it's believable.
