Believe me it happens! I have a post on the Cincy board in the chat line forum about this very scam. Yes, it typically goes unreported because you have someone attempting to engage in illegal activity that gets a crime pulled on them in the process.

I reported my situation annonomously through crime stoppers. Chances are nothing will happen to them, but perhaps they will catch at least a little LE pressure because of the report.

Drove quite a lot around the 3rd, Dixie in the afternoon and then during the night. At last, at about 1 AM, I I saw a girl walking errantly right opposite to the club Haren. I drove on, then turn back and she was near the church, when she saw me she went behing the church. I parked there and she approached. Followed the rules and gave her a ride. I know this is my 1st post but I have been mongering for a long time. Keep your eyes open as you are mongering on Main. LE has been making a very big presence. They definitely were making a sweep yesterday afternoon and evening. Just one one swing through the neighborhoods there were 6 LE cars with two SW in the ackseat.

Watch your back and be careful.
