Well thank you all for the advice and info. I was able to land my first catch this evening. I found Mandy walking with a friend on Linden around 9pm. Well things are not working for me or I am doing something wrong. I went out Fri night. Sat day and night and Sun during the day. Checked the usual areas. X,5,B,3,M and K,D and did not see anything at all. I went out during the day around 1pm and at night after 1am but I never did find anything to try. What am I missing? Last time I had any luck Street Mongering was when McCooks was still open and K was not as dead as It Is now. Anyone else had any luck lately?

The bad and the ugly -

Criteria for spotting SW:

1) She is walking or standing alone in a red zone neighborhood. Or she is a white girl walking with a brother, especially in a predominantly black neighborhood. But... do NOT engage a civilian. You can bring down the house with complaints to LE. (I guess we can't fault them for this.)
2) She proactively engages your eye contact. If this happens, you are nearly home free.

Drive around the corner, let her come to you, and nonchalantly ask if she needs a ride. She gets in without hesitation? Good. Still, be very cautious about broaching the "which for what." It is called solicitation.
4) Beware if she is too stereotypically dressed in 'hooker' uniform. Maybe in LA or Washington DC, but not here in the midwest. And, unfortunately, she should not look TOO clean. These are red flags for a sting. By the same token, avoid SWs who are frantically waving and/or shouting. Attracts too much attention to everyone, including LE.
