Had a few minutes to kill, so I decided to do the loop. A couple of girls about. On Monroe I saw this little blond with a pink halter top walking. I drove past her a couple of times to to get a good look at the face and body. She gave the look and since she did not look too bad, I decided to pick her up. After the cop check,I asked her name. She said Care Bear. I immediately perked up. To me Care Bear is legendary (I did not tell her that!).

Since I was short on time and money, we decided to go to her spot. Now I normally do not go to a sw's spot,but she seemed cool and I checked the spot CAREFULLY. WE do the deed and leave. It's been a while since I've stopped in Baltimore for some action. I will be passing through and wanted to know where are the prime places these days. I used to go to Patterson Park, but the last time I went there (a while back), I didn't find any action. Just found out that the victim of the Hit & Run is Shannon, the former WSW, RIP. I find it hard to believe that someone could get into an accident on Monroe, unless it is a DWI. There are cameras along Monroe, hope they yield some info. Expect to see LE in full force for the next week or two! Sad situation.

In an earlier post, I talked about Sabrina (or Bree) who walks on Garrison below the library usually between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tall, long-legged, fair-skinned, always usually wearing some kind of a dress, never jeans. I was told by Jennifer that Robin was out, but as a term of her probation she was required to remove herself to a relatives home in Delaware...however, I did see her about two weeks ago walking Harford rd, south of the 7-11....
