Let's get back to some intel. I went out about drunk and horny (Saturday night/Sunday morning) and scooped up Melissa on the WW loop. Wednesday night was rough. I arrived up in Baltimore around 10pm thinking that the action would be better at night. I guess I will stick to afternoons. I cruised BCB twice and didn't see any prospects at all. I went over to the WW area and prowled a the whole loop. I went in and out of side streets with no luck at all. After an hour and a half, nothing! So I went uptown and checked in a hotel.

I think you've got your jurisdictions confused. It's city all the way up to taylor ave. Pretty much the entire area where girls walk is inside city limits. Parkville shopping center is inside the city as well. County cops won't go south of taylor, or if they do, they have no jurisdiction
