Wednesday night was rough. I arrived up in Baltimore around 10pm thinking that the action would be better at night. I guess I will stick to afternoons. I think you've got your jurisdictions confused. It's city all the way up to taylor ave. Pretty much the entire area where girls walk is inside city limits. Parkville shopping center is inside the city as well. County cops won't go south of taylor, or if they do, they have no jurisdiction
