Thanks for the tip both KingBen and Bb. I hadn't seen your previous post, so it was news to me about Ebisu. Love the okamotos and I have not (until now) had a line on local source. My experience is that most providers are in the areas immediately surrounding the district (Southern MD and NoVa). There are several high-end transient courtesans that provide outcall within DC.
