The fact she is asking for a deposit is a red flag, and the location of "Entrepreneur" is also a red flag to me. The ad is also one long run on sentence, which makes me wonder if she may have been under the influence of something when written. Maybe I am just over cautious, but to me this is a quick pass. But everyone can decide for themselves.

I totally agree with that, but that's literally EVERY site out there. It's not only the fake and abandoned profiles, but the actual ratio of women to men.
