Visiting from out of town, so thanks for the reports here.

You can do walk-in and / or do reservations. Either way, you will try your luck because it is truly first come first serve place just like other apartments. There are 4 rooms. 3 rooms in the hallway, 2 on the right and one on the left with a bathroom on the left. Then there is a master bedroom all the way in the back with its own bathroom.
