Kinda late but I called day before my appointment and got Mia so I could answer this LOL. Right off the bat lady told me they don't do day ahead usually and prefer same day appointments. I go early though so they accommodated me for my appt. So ye unless your appt is at or near opening time, just call them early same day. Maybe around opening time.

Depends on who you ask; their die-hard fans would say one thing, and their new regular will say another.
