Unfortunately it's been that way for years. I respect the ones who openly admit they are looking for a cheap nut. Can't really argue or debate that. People talk about this problem all the time all across the country. When we get a good one, people go crazy. Or the provider doesn't stay around long because nobody goes and sees them.
