Unless she asks you to stop, I don't feel requesting a refund is appropriate. She let you in; she earned her money. Whether acting uninterested or in some discomfort, it's up to you if you want to continue or let her off with an L1 finish.

It isn't necessarily from your size. These gals are working and a couple of rides without enough lube equals a rough day or maybe rough week. They know the game and what they're in for so nothing wrong with finishing. Maybe don't drag it out or bump the tip and ask her if she's ok. So went to sunshine spa. They got good hibachi and Mexican food next door. Worth hitting up after a quality massage.
