I went there but could not see Isabella because I didn't have an appointment. However, I called and managed to schedule one for 10:00 AM. When I tried to confirm this with Gini (MMS), she said no. There was too much going on at the time, and she seemed angry. I wasn't sure if she was mad at me or not. Apparently, the appointment team and the house (MMS) are not synchronized. I am pretty sure your IT department can help set up a centralized appointment system. My suggestion is to use a shared online file via a platform like Google Drive. This would allow access across multiple operating systems (Apple, Android, or Windows). You could even use a tablet or computer monitor to easily see who has an appointment and at what time. If no one else is available to set this up, I am willing to use AI tools to help you build it.

Also, what is the reason the staff keeps asking for the house fee upfront? This happened while I was waiting by the folding room divider to see who was working. Usually, we agree on the house fee and tips, I pay, and then the service begins. In the past, I was even able to pay after the service was completed. What if I don't like any of the line up? You guys do not have a clear picture of who is working like in other booker website like cakdolls and many more. Usually the good one is busy.
