I worked with a guy that was on dialysis overnight and worked everyday. He got a kidney and moved to another state and is doing just fine. Kiara's problem is dope! Non of what I just said matters if she doesn't get off of it.

That's what I mean. She's not going to get out of the dope game and they're not going to give her a transplant so the dialysis is only good for so long. She'll have a better chance if she's admitted into a live in institution.

I have held back from bringing her to the city for meds because I just feel I am enabling her from getting her life back together, although I don't think she ever will.
