Moved here last year from Southern IL and Spa procedures here are way different than those back in my old stomping grounds. Near Centerville IL on Hwy 157 are 4 Korean massage parlors. You go in, pay $200 for 45 minutes, get a table shower, massage with tease and full service. No need to negotiate service, it's expected and provided. Once you're a regular, the girls know what you want and include it, such as BBBJ, prostate massage and rimming.

Trying to break the code on how to deal with the Spas around here. Do you normally pay for the half hour or hour? I believe Tranquility on E Washington (West of 465) opened earlier this year. Haven't seen reviews for the last couple of months, went two weeks ago.
