Unfortunately I think the landscape has permanently changed for fixed commercial spas. After a cooling off period of 6 months to a year. One will try to open. If it survives a year perhaps that will be a sign. If new places close down quickly, no one is going to make the investment time and money (25-50 k) to open a commercial establishment only to have it closed 2 months later.

PG and howard county will resemble Montgomery County.

Sadly I think that's right. I was a regular at Kim's Spa, and the closures hurt. Does anyone know if Kim landed on her feet? I was a dumbass and never got her actual number.
