This place is not listed on RubMaps, and a Google search for Royal Spa brings up a sales pitch for hot tubs. I drove the Bash and 82nd street area after a visit to Twin Peaks and couldn't find anything that suggested it was an AMP. Anyone have a link, address, directions?
