Innumerable times I have gone to spas that looked busy, like Summer or 509, but when I ring the bell they are not busy. So I HIGHLY recommend go ahead and park and ring the bell or call / text to see if they are busy.

In the case of summer massage, these cars are often customers of the car dealership on one side and the car repair shop on the other side so there can be three cars parked out front and no one inside.
