3 or 4 refreshes let me proceed to next page. Sometimes randomly resets and back to square one. Tried VPN off, VPN on, VPN set to Netherlands, VPN uninstalled completely. Desktop hard wired to modem gateway, laptop via my router. Firefox LibreWolf and Tor browsers. Time of day does not matter same thing 0600 CDT 0 are 2330 CDT. I can ping and the DNS resolves. This is from desktop wired to gateway modem. Get same results pretty much on laptop thru my router.
