Yes, TER might be a starting point & I certainly review the reviewer before I put an ounce of faith in anything. I don't write nearly as many reviews as I did when I had more time, but I do answer questions when I have an answer. This site is much better suited for that. It still takes time to learn & learn who to place faith in.

Well first of all- area was good, no drug usage seen or found them to be out of it.
