After LA, Anna could come back to OC and people would probably repeat her. It's not clear to girls or even the agencies, but people skip over girls due to very temporary competition. An oversupply of a specific type of appeal, like skinny or tiny. Aqua / Zoey could have arrived a month earlier or later and done much better.
