I will have my review up soon, typing this out on the ivory throne. I am not looking to argue over with others with some negative experience with their appointments, each of their own really. Providing your last four digits to help the friend understand you have appointment priority will help.

If sometimes you've been asked to wait while it appears another guest walks right into a room with your friend, it is possible they were a scheduled appointment. FGM is also aware there have been extended wait times for certain reservations and she is working to minimize that. Honoring our appointments is part of our core values.
