I've been a long time lurker of this forum, and I figured it was about time to contribute something.

I made an appointment at Shi Spa to see Sakura. That wasn't the case.

I can only assume this is done due to scheduling or to accommodate others. I end up canceling, I not rushing over just to get rush in and out and maybe bait and switch.

Wonder if I did the right thing by canceling, any suggestions how to handle this kind of situation.

I have scheduled 2 appointments there in the past, both times they texted me within 15 minutes of the scheduled time to tell me the girl was no longer available. I stopped going back.

If you're a regular and they text you maybe skip a session or two there with a reminder as to why you're taking your business elsewhere. Again, doesn't really hurt them but it'll make you feel better LOL.

I got annoyed reading this because it's happened to all of us here and there (and if it hasn't happened to you it eventually will LOL). I personally don't think you're a push over but it is a good learning experience and hopefully next time you remember this feeling and set your foot down if your spidey senses start tingling about how a session is going to go. This is part of the issue of going to high volume shops with popular providers. Here's to hoping your next experience is a better one.

At least you canceled it, a lot of people just outright not show up and take up a time slot. Nice of you to do that, I can't say I done that every time I miss an appointment.
