Well. I'm a busy guy and try to schedule appt 24 hours or more in advance. First time I scheduled I was at her place and her baby daddy was at the door or something but it took 20 min before I just said screw it and left. Never saw anybody outside either. I have no personal experience with her and unfortunately every identifier in her ad title is basically invisible to the search function.
