I've had good experiences at both locations, Sugar just happens to be closer for me and thus more familiar. This place was within 8 minutes of walking distance from my hotel so I decided to check it out. When I first walked in, I thought I've mistakenly walked into a retirement home. The place had a lot of vacant rooms available but the only one working was grandma Nancy. Nancy was about 70 years old and didn't care too much about a quality massage.
