I checked the COI SR roll call to see if any promising new ladies had been added to the list, and a couple of things immediately jumped out.

The pictures for "Allie" look totally fake. She is sitting on various pink couches, surrounded by flowers that look closer to 2 D illustrations than real plants. There's also at least one instance of a flower just illogically emerging from nowhere, LOL. If it was the same couch and same flowers in each shot, I could believe it, but it's clearly like 6 different couches, and different flowers each time.

The pictures for "Honey" are setting off my bullshit detector, too. The face area looks different in quality than the rest of the image (smoother?) like someone fed it to an AI with instructions like "make the face more appealing," or something.

Yeah, I'm not naive, I know that these probably aren't the first instances of an image being touched up for the Internet. But, the rest of the pictures on the roll call generally look pretty "honest," so seeing the latest pictures be so obviously fake just makes me wonder: "Is this the new norm?" or "Does management recognize that they're hiring some dogs, and that the only way to get customers to come in is to use AI to hide how ugly the new dancers are?

The days of just chatting with dancers to try to get to know them are mostly over. Now, it's a quick drive by or hiding in the dressing room or sitting on their phone. There are very few younger dancers that have real conversation skills and know the art of selling the GFE fantasy to guys. You might be able to build this over time by becoming a regular but it will cost you. But let's be real, few of these dancers have real brains. They are there for one reason. There are some notable exceptions, when you get a worldly dancer who will bone your brains out and have an actual life and can talk intelligently. And these girls will charge a premium or don't stay in the game long. Guys here probably know who fall into this category.

I agree with that dancers who can hold a conversation is a dying breed. I think that was part of the clubs fault too. Back when I first starting clubbing, there used to be rules where dancers can spend down time between dances. TL and HT required dancer to sit with customers if they were dancing. When I was living in the IE, I got to most of dayshift girls at TL pretty well. Lot of them I didn't dance with. Because the had to sit and talk to customers, lot of them got good at small talk. Miss those times.

But chatting with workers is just about all she does. In the club she tries her best to make herself unavailable to customers.
