The business owner can not delete review on their Google business page. They can reply tom the review but they can not alter or delete it.

This location may be the only one haven't visited yet due to timing and like you said how busy that area is. I seen something like this on a Google review where a friend of mine works in Raleigh. The store is completely legit. I also seen other stuff similar. This is some kind of hack and it's not cool.
