Went by here, as you said it had all the signs. The lady was probably 65 and petite and wore a short little dress with no bra. She was honestly really sexy if you are into asian gilfs like I am. Anyways, the massage was actually good and she used a lot of oil, but absolutely NO flip at all. No sign of extras whatsoever. She just said times up! And brought me a water. It's actually the first time I've ever completely struck out. I paid. 6 for HH and left. 2 in the room for her time but prob should have just kept the tip. The entire shopping center was completely dead so it was definitely an odd experience.

I have a direct line to one of their main contacts, but they've been silent. Something must have happened.

I haven't visited that location in probably 4-5 years since the last 2 times I've stopped by they were too busy. Usually just a L1 place but did get a BBBJ there probably 10 years ago by an older provider that spelled of smoke. Haha.
