And the legs coming out of those boy shorts looked pretty fine to me. Long wavy red hair, not natural red tho, you can see brunette roots. Clean and smelled nice. I've been driving all over this city for more than two decades. IMPD doesn't have time for traffic stops in the areas where you're likely finding girls. You have to be doing something egregious or be in the timeframe they're looking for impaired drivers. I'd quote that time to be 10 p - 4 a. 10-15 mph over the speed limit on city streets largely goes unchecked. Turn signals, lights not working etc all go unchecked. If you listen to a police scanner they're tending to calls for theft and domestics all day.

I got pulled over in a bad area of Chicago for literally driving through an alley. The cops just wanted to see who was in the car. They said "you're not allowed to use an alley as a thruway". Oh ok, sorry I'm not familiar with your streets. They ran my I'd and promptly let me go. Look at their board up there, the cops are aggressively pulling people over in hot areas. We don't have that in Indy.

Edit: Point is, were in an era of AI based predictive policing and it will decide that youve driven on a street you may not belong on too many times and flag you to be pulled over and searched. Its already happening, this isnt futuristic woo woo.

Driving is not a crime. Cruising the same area multiple times is not a crime. You claim this is already happening. Really? A camera catch's you passing the same area a few times and you get "flagged" to be pulled over? What, does the camera software somehow initiate LE getting notified and a squad car comes to check you out? I'm not buying that. Yes, cameras are everywhere and we are increasingly headed towards a police state but, you are more likely to be pulled over cruising the stroll for not using a turn signal versus a camera catching you going around the same block a few times. It's happened to me twice. Point being, regardless that there are indeed less than honest cops, they still have to have a reason to pull you over and do a search.

If anyone searches for Flock cam locations, you'll notice they're not only basically everywhere in the city but definitely on every SW stroll anyone here ever visits. A series of 10 time stamped and GPS pinged photographs of your license plate and vehicle are collected and given back to the customer (City of Indianapolis, Indiana State Police, IMPD, possibly Palantir) and stored in a database. AI can and will generate a "life movement profile" on everyone. Do with this what you will.
