I've been a frequent visitor of this place for awhile, my favorite L1 spot. I visited maybe a few weeks after the linked post and one of the "reserve players" was running the shop solo, they usually have about three. Two of my legit regular places were closed for a month also. I think there might have been one or two minor health dept. Issues but the main issues was licensing. It took both msns a while to find licensed girls to work there. I'm not surprised as working at the totally legit places limits how much the providers can earn from tips.
