All of the ones I've been too I have brought my own I just by a small box and bring that unopened.

Any and AMPs I have visited will allow you to bring your own raincoat if it is the right size and won't tear or fall off and unlubricated if you can find it.

I must be lucky these days as I stopped into the unnamed shop by Big Lots on Madison and Epler.
