I've seen her too. I will say she is enthusiastic. As she appears to be with every single person she sees. So I'm not sure how authentic she is. But she is nice enough for sure. I did see her and it was a pretty good experience. She did tell me she was having this issue. Said the app she was usung to text was flagging her messages when she would send rates and not delivering and this happend with more than one client.
