I have been a dozen times and I have never recieved L1. Tall CoCo is nice but she has never touched jr. Went by today. Curtains are still on the windows. But the little LED sign said they were open so I went in. I was met by a short gentleman probably in his late 30's early 40's. Hey "third time" senior member. I'm not sure if you have visited any Korean or Chinese / Japanese agencies but these are usually very high tier amazing girls. I don't think an agency would necessarily struggle in this area. But 2 major factors will likely prevent one from coming to town.

1. It's easier to stay UTR in big cities and metro areas.
