Biz license related. A few stores share a mutual biz partner who handles the biz license side. He's getting out of the biz, and apparently sold his interest to a new partner, so the stores are temporarily shut down while they wait for the replacement licenses. Since the municipalities seem to be attacking the licensing, it sounds like those shops are being cautious.

EDIT: I’m being told it’s a one week delay. No clue how accurate that is.

Was really intrigued by initial review of Lucy. She's 5-6, slim, huge MM's and some face work done nicely. I'm a sucker for this combo. Her routine is pretty good with oil back melons massage and cat bath.
