The current consensus is that this is a fake ad or something sketchy. There are a few similar ads with a girl that kinda sorta resembles the one in this ad, but none of the photos are really definitive. I setup a dream one morning (a couple of months ago) and got to the address early. Saw a dude hanging out in the yard and other sketchy stuff going on nearby.
